The Butterfly Effect

You’re probably familiar with the “Butterfly Effect” (also known as “Chaos Theory”), but if you’re not – here’s a quick, not too boring explanation…

The Main Idea:

The term butterfly effect was applied in Chaos Theory to suggest that the wing movements of a butterfly might have significant repercussions on wind strength and movements throughout the weather systems of the world, and theoretically, could cause tornadoes halfway around the world.

Basically it means something small and seemingly insignificant can affect something totally unrelated on a much larger scale.

It’s represented very well in the movie The Butterfly Effect starring Ashton Kutcher by demonstrating  the idea that if one were to make small changes, while going back to the past, the resulting changes to the present would be large and various.

…And that’s EXACTLY what happened for my good friend Alen Sultanic.

But for him it wasn’t an action that changed everything –

It was an IDEA.  One simple, yet extremely powerful idea.  And it changed EVERYTHING.

Just Throw It In The Bag

It’s been forever since I wrote a blog post.  I’ve been slacking really bad due to traveling around the country and going to events, summer weddings, and all sorts of other fun Summer stuff.

Ok weddings aren’t really considered “fun” for me but it’s nice to see people I haven’t seen in a while.

As far as marketing goes, i’ve been doing a lot of stuff ‘under-the-radar’ for the past few months.

I’ve been getting heavily into something EXTREMELY powerful:

PPV (also known as CPV) marketing

As far as I’m concerned this is the future — And there’s no sign it’ll be slowing down any time soon.

Google is fucking everybody up with all these bans on Adwords accounts, and pretty much eliminating all affiliates from using Adwords.

You can’t get anywhere near the volume from Yahoo/Bing search as you could from Google either.

But there IS a way you can get visitors to your sites and affiliate offers for pennies per click, and there’s a shit-ton of traffic to be gotten.

If you haven’t used PPV in the past, I suggest you start with MediaTraffic.

The cool thing about them is that they are a self-serving ad platform, and you can start with an initial deposit of $50.

When you’re getting traffic for pennies, fifty bucks can go a VERY long way.

Anyway, I’ll try to start blogging more regularly if I think of it.

In the meantime – stop doing what everyone else is doing, and go do something that’s gonna make you money – MediaTraffic is a great start =)

I’ll be posting some of my results in a future blog post so you can see just how powerful this stuff really is.

Have you been using PPV Networks?  How have your results been?  What have been your biggest challenges?
