Affiliate Summit And Total Insanity
It all started on a quiet Saturday morning in Buffalo, NY.
Packing my bags for what would no-doubt be the craziest vacation I’ve ever been on, I was thinking how epic this trip would really be.
And I have a pretty wild imagination, but I could have never dreamed of the stuff I’d encounter after landing at McCarran Airport in “Fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada”
The night I got there I was out until 7am with a friend of mine we call ‘Big Show’. Its a funny name because he stands about 5’2 but man can this dude party.
Any club we go to in Vegas with Big Show, no matter how long the line, no matter how much the cover charge, we always walk right up to the front, and get right in for free. And I’m not exaggerating either — EVERY club we go to, he knows someone.
He’s a master of networking. He doesn’t know everybody at the door of every club, but he knows the most important people, and even more importantly – they know him.
The next day was the first day of the actual Affiliate Summit event. I didn’t have a ticket because they sold out before I got off my lazy ass to grab one, but it didn’t really matter. I made PLENTY of connections outside the event.
I met up with my good buddies Jonny Andrews, Steve Iser and Alen Sultanic. Total badasses when it comes to marketing online. I already knew them, but there are a ton more that I met that I had never talked to before.

LOL - Jonny 'Guru Assassin' Andrews is hilarious
This just gives you an idea of the value of coming to one of these events. In the one week, I met and connected with some super-badass top-level marketers. Just to name a few…
- Andrew X
- Jason James
- Keith Wellman
- Steven Johnson
- Howie Schwartz
- Mike Filsaime
- Kevin Wilke, Jeffreaux, and Jeremy (Nitro marketing)
- Sterling Valentine
- Adeel Chaudhry
- Amish Shah & Jay Styles
- Jason Moffatt
- Jonny Andrews
- Jeff Czyzewski
- Cam Forbes
- Jeff Dedrick
- Lots more….
Now this is exactly what I’m talking about when I tell you to…
GET OUT OF TOWN AND GET YOUR ASS TO ONE OF THESE EVENTS
There is nothing that compares to it. Aside from the fact that they are a helluva lot of fun, you have the opportunity to make incredible connections that will take your business to completely new levels.
And make some great friends, and have a shitload of fun while doing it.

Product Launch King Jeff Walker

Why so serious John?

Alex Jeffreys can party harder than anyone i've ever met

Total Insanity
What do you think connecting with even half of those dudes would be worth to your business? Exactly… a lot.
Yes – most of the events worth going to usually cost money, but you have to look at it from the perspective of ROI. Which is usually fantastic.
Here’s an example –
Mike Filsaime rented out an entire club on Friday and had all his top JV partners in one place. It was a real “who’s who” of the top marketers in the game.
Drinks started flowing at noon and by 3pm people were so ‘relaxed’ that JV deals were being thrown around like a kite surfer in a hurricane. It was truly an awesome thing to be a part of.
Not to mention standing behind Eric Rockefeller in a crowd 4-people deep that was drawn in to watch him win an obscene amount of money at the Blackjack table. Classic.

Joe Jablonski - Affiliate Manager For Mike Filsaime
I also got to meet up with my good buddy Joe Jablonski which is always a great time.
Joe is one of my very good friends in this game because he knows how to treat people and he values relationship building a ton.
(Which is probably why he’s in charge of an 8 figure business’s affiliate relations – MikeFilsaimeInc)
All in all it was a fantastic time, and I met so many people and made some amazing connections.
If you have the time, I’d STRONGLY suggest you get out to one of these IM Events ASAP!

Many people think making a living online is tough to do.
Hey Jay,
Looks like you had a blast!
Need to get me on a Jumbo and get to the next one.
Keep up the good work,
Andy.

Lol, you guys are crazzzy
Great post! Completely agree, events are great for networking, meeting like-minded peeps, making new friends and lots of fun – and some of those guys can party like mad!!
See you at the next one.
Sonia
Good times had by all.
Well, Jay…
I surely wish I was there too, but the distance kept me at home for now. It would be a long intercontinental plane trip (and lots of supplemental cash for it) for me, so I just stay put (he, he..) and watch from a distance.
However, while the cash is piling up on my accounts.. I may be ready the next year – no matter the costs. And YES, I agree, it’s ultimately an investment, not an expense.

Hi Jay, Looks like a great time. Never been to Vegas. Maybe, one day. James

OK Jay…I’m green with envy and jealous as a high school kid!!! No not really… but I do want to attend these events. There was one by I believe Armand Morin recently and that’s the one you might be talking about.
I’m sort of stuck between a rock and a hard place for now…. rebuilding my million dollar a year business but this time I want to do it online.
I can’t wait to HANG OUT with the likes of some of the names you mentioned I will continue…HANGING OUT FOR THE HEALTH OF IT!

Hi,
Like your style, like your ASSociates. Achievements come in many guises, some apparent and others not so. I personally have those kind of events in my HEAD on a regular basis, I can’t cope with the rush of having them all the while.
Here’s to everlasting success after success
Marcus DeVries
I have no idea, I can barely turn on a computer. If you make me a success, you can have my story. I just had back surgery and could really use a break.(No pun intended) Please help, so much of what I read is BS!
Hopeful, but a bit weary and discouraged,
Jeff Andreska
It looks like a blast!
Wish I was THERE!
Invaluable !!!!!!!!
Love to be at one of these one day.
