How To Make 2011 Your Bitch
I’ve learned a lot over the past year – in business and in life.
I partnered up with someone whom I think is the smartest marketer in the game. His name is Alen Sultanic, and if you haven’t heard of him there’s a reason for it.
He doesn’t care. About being known, about being a ‘guru’, about what anyone thinks.
Alen cares about 1 thing, and 1 thing only. Marketing.
Which is exactly how he managed to build 3 separate $50k/month businesses in under 8 months in 2009, and follow that up with being a part of just about $7 Million dollars in online sales in 2010.
And he just recently started teaching it (which is pretty much a Godsend for any marketer smart enough to learn from him.)
Alen has taught me more in one year than a masters degree would teach you in 7 years of college.
I went from knowing a ‘decent amount’ back in December 2009, to knowing more than many marketers who have been around 10 years or more.
So how does he do it? Simple… HE LIVES IT. But more importantly – HE LOVES IT.
If you love what you’re doing and you’re constantly challenging yourself to learn and improve your skills, you can make incredible strides in VERY short periods of time…No matter what business you’re in.
And yea – the money is ok, but its definitely not the heavyweight champinship belt. The money is just the equivalent of your “shot” at the title.
The REAL prize is Wealth. Money is just a vehicle to help you get there.
There’s a huge difference between being “Rich” and being “Wealthy”
Being “Rich” mostly focuses on cash. Being “Wealthy” involves a whole lot more than just money.
Wealth is the #1 goal. And a gigantic part of “Wealth” is personal happiness.
Until you can figure out what it is that’s going to make you TRULY happy…
You can never be wealthy.
Let’s go one level further down and say that the people you surround yourself with can massively impact your ability to obtain that happiness (or as Tony Robbins calls it: “Peak State”)
I don’t know what genius said it, but “You’re a product of the 5 people you surround yourself with most” is one of the most undeniably accurate statements ever written/said.
Hell, don’t take my word for it. Take a quick, objective look at where you are in life, and the company you keep.
Are you where you want to be? Are they?
If not, you need to make some changes. As tough as it might be. You need to surround yourself with those who:
- Have already accomplished what you’re looking to accomplish (so you can model them)
- Support you 110% in whatever you do (even if they don’t necessarily understand or agree with it)
- Are positive in their outlook on life. (positivity breeds more of the same – and negativity works the same way)
If the people you currently surround yourself with don’t have at least one of these things, you won’t get very far.
In business or in life.
And as hard as it is to cut ties with those around you who do not fit these criteria (and I know – it can be HELL trying to figure out how to do it), you just have to.
Your future depends on it.
Gather up the strength to make it happen, and you’ll easily be on your way to making 2011 your “bitch”

Well he’s known now after that launch a few weeks ago. Like or not Alen is considered a “Guru” to some. But I have to agree I like the way he is down to earth and straight to business. That’s what I like about him when I met him back in 2009 he’s so laid back you would never think he was a serious marketer. which is cool as well. I look forward to see what you guys conjure up this year.
All The Best
